Welcome Fledglings offers everything your child requires during these very important and formative years of development. As they progress they will move from one area of the nursery to another with each room challenging them to develop their physical, emotional and social skills. Children differ greatly in their development here at Fledglings we encourage them to crawl, walk, talk when we feel it is the right time. We offer loving care and a stimulating environment in our purpose built premises which will enable your child to develop socially, intellectually and physically in an educationally-oriented atmosphere. 11/10/2014My son has a severe milk allergy and after much consideration and reassurance from the staff that they had a chef working there alongside a nutritionist and all the food was made fresh that day and its all healthy foods - nothing processed and my son would be made fresh dairy free alternatives I was convinced his needs would be met and he'd be safe in their care! The induction period started on Monday 6/10/14 he had his second meal there 9/10/14when I went to collect him on Thursday the staff happily informed me that he'd eaten all his lunch and 'angel delight' for dessert! Of course angel delight has milk in and is not healthy! They then told me that it's ok as they made the angel delight with water so it's diary free! I told them to go and check the ingredients as I know it contains milk and sure enough they came back confirming that they had fed my son dairy but they were very sorry and it wouldn't happen again! My son could of had an anaphylactic shock and died but they very sorry?
